How long does shipping take?

We ship via USPS First Class for a flat $5. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days. Since every print is made to order, allow 1-3 days for printing before it ships. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 4-8 business days. We also offer free local pickup if you're nearby!

Absolutely! We love custom requests. Send us a message through the contact form, give our AI assistant a call, or shoot us a DM on social media. We'll chat about what you're looking for, materials, colors, and get you a quote.

We stand behind every print. If something arrives damaged, defective, or just doesn't meet your expectations, send us a photo and we'll reprint it for free. No returns needed, no hoops to jump through. We want you to love your print.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Local pickup is completely free. Once your print is ready, we'll coordinate a pickup time via text message. It's the fastest (and cheapest) way to get your order.

PLA+ is perfect for indoor use — it's our most popular material with vibrant colors and smooth detail. ASA is the premium choice for anything that'll live outdoors. It handles UV exposure, rain, and heat way better than PLA+. Think of it this way: desk toy = PLA+, garden decoration = ASA.
